Delivery 


All orders will be processed within 48 hours of payment being verified or received.  During peak seasons processing times for new orders could be as long as 14 days.  Orders are only shipped Monday through Friday. If the item/s are delayed you will be contacted via email to advise that the item/s have been placed on back order and the expected delivery time, you can either cancel the order or wait until the backordered item/s are back in stock. Payment is only taken when the goods are ready to be dispatched, or in the case of an Internet Banking payment, goods are shipped when payment is received.

In most instances delivery will be made by New Zealand Couriers or Post Haste Couriers, and they will require a signature for receipt of the parcel.

Any apparent damage upon delivery should be shown to the delivery driver and for our records, an email sent to [returns email] with a picture of the damage to the item/s AND the packaging. Please ensure that you email us your address and invoice number and a description of the damage. A digital photograph of the package, and of the damaged item/s attached to your email to us is strongly recommended.

All delivery costs will be added to the cost of goods and deliveries will be made ex-Auckland during any week days Monday to Friday.

The cost of shipping will automatically be calculated and added to your purchase in the shopping cart.

Please allow 1 - 3 business days for delivery of your goods, a dispatch email will be sent when the goods are dispatched.

If you live at a Rural Address, please ensure that you choose the Rural Delivery option. 

We will contact you prior to goods being dispatched if there are additional costs.

Returns Policy:


It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. To achieve this we must provide you with product which is in top condition and is what you expect from our description.

All returns must be packaged with the original packaging. Uniform Services (a Division of Bromleywear Clothing Ltd) will exchange, credit, or refund the item, less appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling. All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached, with a copy of the invoice and the reason for return included within 10 days of the invoice date. While return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, we will ship all replacements at No Charge. Socks, Tights, and Stockings are not refundable or exchangeable.

When you are returning garments, please ensure that you package appropriately, as damage can occur during transit.  Blazers for example should preferably be returned in their original packaging.

Sample Garment Returns:

Garments purchased as samples whether on account or by any other means must be returned within two calendar weeks of the dispatch date. Any samples not returned by this time will be charged and the full retail price will be due. Samples not returned within the time frame will also have the aforementioned returns policy applied and will only be accepted as a return if the above criteria are met.
